otay ranch town center parade05 300x198 Photos from the Otay Ranch Town Center Holiday Parade on Saturday On Saturday November 17th the Otay Ranch Town Center hosted their 6th annual Holiday parade. The event is held each year the weekend before Thanksgiving to welcome Santa to the center. This year the parade honored 60 kids and their families from the South Bay Family YMCA who have been affected by military deployment. The kids were treated to a VIP hot chocolate and cookie hour with Santa. They also got the chance to march in the parade and be cheered by the crowd.

Chula Vista Public Library Foundation hosted their 4th annual Bon Appetit event on Saturday

There was plenty of food and wine at the 4^th Annual Bon Appétit event hosted by the Chula Vista Public Library Foundation. The event was well attended by the community in hopes of raising much needed money for Chula Vista libraries. Local restaurants and merchants were on hand to serve up some of their delicious food and spirits. It was truly a celebration of food and wine all for a good cause.
